mindful meditation using finger labyrinth

We are so busy nowadays, working so hard to meet the official and personal schedules, thus leaving many of us tense and stressed whole of the day. If you are looking for a new way of reducing stress and feel energized, a portable finger labyrinth may be right choice for you.

A labyrinth is an ancient, meditative technique where the person follow a meandering path from the outside of the labyrinth to the centre and then back out on the same path. In a finger labyrinth, the way is always visible so that no tension exist about the destination point. This allows person free from distractions and can better focus internally. A finger labyrinth is a portable version and the meditation is generally from a seated position, tracing the labyrinth using the non-dominant hand.

Myself is using finger labyrinth made up of Neem wood for mindful meditation for many years by now and reaped plenty of benefits, which includes but not limited to, improved cognition, reduced anxiety, treated depression, helped in reducing brain distraction, reduced implicit age, increase body satisfaction & so on. Similarly, many experiences a labyrinth differently but what most of them experienced is a sense of peacefulness afterward and some experience less anxiety.

Ultimately, our senses focus on what you are doing and everything else is blocked. Having the time, free of distractions pave the way to enhance the focus on our thoughts. Surely it will help resolving a work problem or a specific contemplation,
