Daly is an Entrepreneur, Educationist and Professional Counselor with an over-all work experience of over a decade. She completed her Masters in Arts and Bachelor of Education from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. Daly is a certified Professional Counselor from KEW Academy, UK as well as certified Lead Auditor on Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Heal & Safety Management System and Integrated Management Systems from Exemplar Global, USA
Prior taking the role as Managing Director and Designated Partner in ATLS LLP, Daly was associated with Good Shepard MHS School, Chennai as a teacher. In ATLS, she takes care of Administration, Finance and Document Control on training modules. She is also the Program Director for the module “Champ Re-born”, a well structured workshop for children in order to enhance their academic performance and results. She also co-ordinates the Children Counselling and Career guidance process.
Her key strengths as per Gallop Signature Themes are Deliverer, Time Keeper, Focus Expert, Peace Keeper & Believer and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – Dichotomies are Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging (Defender ISFJ). Daly is also a lifelong learner, and hobbies being Baking, Craft work and Aroma Therapy. She is pursuing her workshop leader license based on Louise Hay philosophy from Hay House, USA and various accredited counselling modules, rendered by Ms.Elmira Strange, the Motivational Psychologist, UK.
Daly is instrumental in the success of ATLS, joins hand with her hubby, Arun Thomas in transforming hundreds of people associated with them to discover the purpose of life so that they are living Happier, Healthier, Wealthier and Successful.
